【摘要】：正美国国家秘密大致可以分为两类,一类是国家安全信息,另一类是原子能信息。目前,我们对前者保密管理制度的译介和研究相对较多,对后者的认识则相对不足,甚至在一定程度上存在误解,将国家安全信息等同于美国国家秘密。但事实上,原子能信息的保密管理制度与国家安全信息存在诸多区别,有些特色还比较突出。我国在原子能开发和利用的法制建设进程中,应当更加重视保密管理
[Abstract]:The national secrets of the United States can be roughly divided into two categories, one is national security information, the other is atomic energy information. At present, we have relatively more translation and research on the former secrecy management system. The understanding of the latter is relatively inadequate, and even misunderstandings exist to a certain extent, equating national security information with American state secrets. But in fact. There are many differences between the secrecy management system of atomic energy information and the national security information, and some characteristics are quite prominent. In the process of legal construction of the development and utilization of atomic energy, China should pay more attention to the secret management.
