法治文化环境建设的社会效益研究

【摘要】：本文以法治文化环境为出发点，详细阐述其社会效益的评价指标体系，并进行详细分析。用合理的评价指标来衡量法治文化环境建设社会效益的突出表现，找出提高社会效益的基本路径，最终在良好的法治文化环境氛围中，使法治文化深入人心。人的发展及社会进步离不开环境的熏陶和教化，法治文化环境就是在法治文化支配下环绕并影响每个个体的一切客观要素的总和，是一个包含多种因素的系统工程。全体社会成员置身于法治文化环境中，时刻受到有形和无形的环境熏陶，受到法治文化的感染，从而产生良好的社会效益。将社会效益作为考评法治文化环境建设的首要指标，就要建立一套较为合理、完善的社会效益评价指标体系，能够衡量中国现阶段法治文化环境建设的社会效益的整体水平，为法治文化环境建设积累有益的经验，并用具体的数据和典型事例进行分析，反映社会效益的变化趋势。分析法治发展的文化环境，论述社会效益的评价体系，理性思考法治建设，具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。在借鉴理论界已有研究成果的基础上，，本文试图从五个方面来探讨：第一部分是绪论，分析选题背景，选题目的和意义，总结法治文化环境建设社会效益的相关理论基础上，提出本文的研究方法。第二部分介绍法治文化环境建设的必要性。先分析文化环境对人的影响，重点阐述法治文化环境的具体表现，最后提出法治文化环境建设的必要性。第三部分重点说明社会效益是考评法治文化环境建设的首要指标。具体分析社会效益的评价原则和评价指标体系，通过具体数据和典型事例论述社会效益的突出表现。第四部分讨论法治文化环境建设面临的主要困难，并进行原因浅析。第五部分重点论述提升法治文化环境建设的社会效益基本途径。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the legal culture environment as the starting point, elaborates its social benefit evaluation index system in detail, and carries on the detailed analysis, uses the reasonable appraisal index to measure the rule of law cultural environment construction social benefit outstanding performance, Find out the basic way to improve social benefits, finally in the good cultural atmosphere of rule of law, so that the culture of rule of law is deeply rooted in the people. Human development and social progress can not be separated from the edification and enlightenment of the environment, The cultural environment of the rule of law is the sum of all the objective elements that surround and affect each individual under the domination of the culture of the rule of law, and it is a systematic engineering that contains many factors. All the members of society are in the environment of the culture of rule of law. It is necessary to establish a reasonable set of social benefits by being nurtured by the visible and intangible environment and infected by the culture of rule of law at all times, so as to bring about good social benefits, and to take social benefits as the primary index for evaluating the construction of the cultural environment of the rule of law. The perfect social benefit evaluation index system can measure the whole level of the social benefit of the construction of the cultural environment of rule of law in China at present, accumulate beneficial experience for the construction of the cultural environment of the rule of law, and analyze with the concrete data and typical examples. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze the cultural environment of the development of the rule of law, to discuss the evaluation system of the social benefit and to think rationally about the construction of the rule of law. This paper attempts to explore from five aspects:. The first part is the introduction, analyzes the background, the purpose and significance of the topic, summarizes the social benefits of the rule of law cultural environment on the basis of relevant theories. The second part introduces the necessity of the construction of the cultural environment of rule of law. First, it analyzes the influence of the cultural environment on people, and expounds the concrete performance of the cultural environment of the rule of law. Finally, the necessity of the construction of cultural environment of rule of law is put forward. The third part emphasizes that social benefit is the primary index of evaluating the construction of cultural environment of rule of law, and analyzes the evaluation principle and evaluation index system of social benefit. Through specific data and typical examples to discuss the outstanding performance of social benefits. The fourth part discusses the main difficulties facing the construction of the cultural environment of rule of law. The fifth part focuses on the basic ways to promote the social benefits of the construction of the cultural environment of rule of law.
