【摘要】：学校图书馆图书审查行为是未成年人健康成长与阅读自由相矛盾的体现,是未成年人图书馆权力实现过程中的常见事件。论文以在美国图书馆图书审查历史上重要的"特里斯自由学区董事会V.S比科"案为例,分析其对美国司法界和图书馆界产生的影响,并由该案窥见美国学校图书馆图书审查事件的主体、一般流程以及可采取的应对措施。
[Abstract]:The school library's book censorship behavior is the embodiment of the contradiction between the healthy growth of minors and the freedom of reading. It is a common event in the process of realizing the power of the juvenile library. This paper takes the case of V.S Bike of the Board of Directors of the Tris Free School District, which is important in the history of library review in the United States, as an example. This paper analyzes its influence on American judicial and library circles, and from this case finds out the main body, general process and possible countermeasures of the American school library book censorship event.
