【摘要】：正已经出版即将出版本系列教材坚持以马克思主义为指导,准确运用马克思主义立场观点方法,充分反映了马克思主义中国化的最新成果,进一步完善了中国特色法学体系的内容;遵循法学本科教学的一般规律,既突出对基本概念、基本原理和基本制度的阐释,又反映法学学科领域研究的最新进展;具有文风鲜明朴实、论述深入浅出、理论视野开阔、实践内涵丰富、创新意识鲜明的突出特点。本系列教材共16种,已出版10种,其余6种将于2017年全部出版。
[Abstract]:The textbook series, which has been published and is about to be published, adheres to the guidance of Marxism and the accurate application of the Marxist stand viewpoint method, which fully reflects the latest achievements of the Sinicization of Marxism. It further improves the contents of the legal system with Chinese characteristics, follows the general law of the undergraduate teaching of law, not only highlights the interpretation of the basic concepts, basic principles and basic systems, but also reflects the latest progress of the research in the field of law science. This series of teaching materials has 16 kinds of teaching materials, 10 kinds have been published, and the remaining 6 kinds will be published in 2017.
