试论党的领导与社会主义法治之间的关系——基于全面推进依法治国的背景

【摘要】：习近平总书记指出,"党大还是法大"是一个伪命题,是一个政治陷阱。在全面推进依法治国的实践背景下,处理好党的领导与社会主义法治之间的关系是建设法治中国进程中的核心问题。在我国,社会主义法治建设与中国共产党的法治探索密不可分,坚持党的领导和社会主义法治建设之间具有高度契合性。文章通过分析当前中国社会上之所以产生"党治还是法治"、"党大还是法大"等争论的影响因素,深刻认识党的领导与社会主义法治之间的关系,从而在全面推进依法治国的实践过程中认真贯彻党的正确领导,保障党的领导地位和执政地位不动摇,对于推动实现全面推进依法治国的总目标和重大任务,加快建设法治中国,具有十分重要的意义。
