【摘要】：《澳大利亚生物安全法》已于2015年生效。按照新法要求,澳大利亚将配套出台新的生物安全进口风险分析法规。本文详述了澳大利亚新生物安全进口风险分析的组织框架和工作程序,并引入评估工具,以期对我国进口风险分析制度建设有所帮助。
[Abstract]:The Australian Biosafety Act entered into force in 2015. In accordance with the requirements of the new law, Australia will introduce new biosafety import risk analysis regulations. In this paper, the organization framework and working procedure of new biosafety import risk analysis in Australia are described in detail, and an assessment tool is introduced, which is expected to be helpful to the construction of import risk analysis system in China.
