抗战时期陕甘宁边区婚姻法规的实施与成效

【摘要】：抗战时期,为从根本上消除旧婚姻制度所造成的社会危害,陕甘宁边区政府颁布新的婚姻法规,通过利用各种群众运动和纪念活动、秧歌与戏剧等文艺演出、报刊杂志以及民歌、信天游的广泛传唱等形式,进行婚姻新观念的宣传教育,并配合严格执法和开展妇女识字运动,使新婚姻法规在边区得到最大限度的贯彻和执行。这一成功实践不仅给边区群众的婚姻家庭生活带来极大改观,为抗战胜利创造了条件,也为新中国成立后婚姻家庭的改造建设留下了珍贵的经验和启示。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, in order to fundamentally eliminate the social harm caused by the old marriage system, the government of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region promulgated new marriage laws and regulations, and through the use of various mass movements and commemorative activities, Yangko and drama and other literary and artistic performances. Newspapers, magazines, folk songs, popular songs and so on, carried out propaganda and education of the new concept of marriage, and cooperated with strict law enforcement and women's literacy campaign, so that the new marriage laws and regulations could be carried out and enforced to the maximum extent in the border area. This successful practice not only brought great changes to the marriage and family life of the people in the Border region, created the conditions for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, but also left precious experience and enlightenment for the reconstruction and construction of marriage and family after the founding of New China.
