论民族自治区域法治发展与社会治理创新路径

【摘要】：重视民族自治区域法治发展,提升区域社会治理的能力与水平,在国家治理现代化的过程中,意义重大。加强民族地方自治机关协商民主,注重民族自治区域府际合作治理,是民族自治区域法治发展与社会治理的两个重要路径。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to attach importance to the development of the rule of law in national autonomous regions and to enhance the ability and level of regional social governance in the process of modernization of national governance. Strengthening the consultative democracy of the organs of local self-government and paying attention to the inter-governmental cooperation in the autonomous regions are two important paths for the development of the rule of law and the social governance in the autonomous regions.
