美国土地信托的制度起源、基本架构及现实思考

【摘要】：美国最早承袭英国土地信托制度并逐渐演变,现已发展成为世界上信托业最为繁荣的国家。美国土地信托在制度安排、发展路径、运行模式等诸多方面的成功经验,引发笔者对中国农村土地信托流转中制度建设、主体培育、政府职能选择的现实思考。
[Abstract]:The United States inherited the British land trust system and gradually evolved, and has developed into the most prosperous country of trust industry in the world. The successful experience of American land trust in many aspects, such as system arrangement, development path, operation mode and so on, has caused the author to think about the system construction, the cultivation of the main body and the choice of the government function in the circulation of the rural land trust in China.
