【摘要】：正2014年6月22日,由中国社会科学院法学研究所和《环球法律评论》编辑部共同主办的"法治与改革"学术研讨会在中国社会科学院法学研究所召开。来自中国社会科学院法学研究所、国际法研究所、中国人民大学、中共中央党校、首都经济贸易大学和中国法学会的50多位专家学者参加了此次研讨会。"法治与改革"是我国转型与发展的重要主题。如何以改革促进法治、以法治保障改
[Abstract]:On June 22, 2014, a symposium on "Rule of Law and Reform" was held at the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, sponsored by the editorial Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the editorial Department of the Global Law Review. More than 50 experts and scholars from the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Institute of International Law, Renmin University of China, the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, the Capital University of Economics and Trade, and the Chinese Law Society attended the seminar.
