【摘要】：正从法治文化角度讲,秦帝国确实是一个反面的教材。我们说秦国强大,它把六国都消灭了,统一的时候军力极其强盛,当时向南打到了今天的越南中部,向北一直把匈奴驱逐到了河套地区。当时它的军队补给线可以送达的地方,它的军队就能占领它们。可以从两个方面阐述秦帝国的强大,我想从军事法的角度来看,它强调对军队的养成,它是以法治军的。比如说它奖励耕战,单说战,就是奖励军队。秦国士兵非常穷,《诗经》有篇叫《无衣》,说当时秦国的士兵很穷,没有衣服,两个士兵上战场的时候,穿一件战袍就叫同袍;不
