浅析马克思主义法运行观的内核

【摘要】：马克思主义法的运行观,是法从制定到实施再到实现,1马克思主义法的运行观以实践法哲学为基础,用一种社会的、人民性的视角,分析法律和各种法的现象,通过对法运行各个环节的剖析,把握法律运行的内在机制和所取得的社会效果。马克思主义法的运行观不是自我封闭的僵化体系,它立足于社会实践,"不是教条,而是行动的指南。"2
[Abstract]:The view on the operation of Marxist law is to analyze the phenomena of law and various kinds of law from the formulation to the implementation to the realization of Marxist law, based on the philosophy of practical law, and from a social and popular perspective. Through the analysis of each link of law operation, the internal mechanism and social effect of law operation are grasped. The concept of the operation of Marxist law is not a self-enclosed rigid system, it is based on social practice, "not dogma, but a guide to action."
