以法治统合反腐制度体系

【摘要】：正关于法治化法治是消除腐败的真正治本之策,这已经是普遍的社会共识。用法治思维和法治方式治理腐败问题,实现权力制约与监督的法治化,这也是推进法治中国建设的重要内容。十八大以来,按照依法治国、依法执政的要求,中央出台了一系列改革举措,这将会大大提高权力制约和监督工作的力度,有效防止腐败蔓延。十八大以来,党和国家在反腐败方面的一个主要思路,就是加强对权力运行的制约和监督,把权力关进制度的笼子里。这是对权力与制度关系的形象概括,是马克思主义权力观的生动写照。把权力关进制度的笼子里,就是把权力运行纳入制度轨道,用制度监督、规范、
[Abstract]:It is a universal social consensus that the rule of law is the real solution to eliminate corruption. It is also an important content to promote the construction of China under the rule of law by using the thinking of rule by law and the way of ruling by law to deal with corruption and to realize the rule of law of power restriction and supervision. Since the 18th National Congress, in accordance with the requirements of governing the country according to law and ruling by law, the Central Committee has issued a series of reform measures, which will greatly enhance the strength of power restriction and supervision, and effectively prevent the spread of corruption. Since the 18th National Congress, one of the main ideas of the Party and the state in the fight against corruption is to strengthen the restriction and supervision of the operation of power and to put power in the cage of the system. This is an image summary of the relationship between power and system, and a vivid portrayal of Marxist view of power. To put power in the cage of the system is to bring the operation of power into the system track, to supervise and standardize it with the system.
