浅谈古代刑具枷的演变

【摘要】：古代刑具,统指押解犯人的械具、监狱中用的狱具、拷讯用的刑具和行刑处罚所用的刑具。枷是中国古代以限制囚犯行动为主要功能的木制刑具。本文主要从枷的起源、规格、种类和使用等方面论及我国古代枷的演变史。
[Abstract]:In ancient times, it refers to the equipment used for the release of prisoners, the devices used in prisons, the instruments used for interrogation, and the instruments used for the execution of punishment. The flail is a wooden instrument of torture in ancient China, whose main function was to restrict prisoners' movement. This paper deals with the evolution of the ancient flail in China from the origin, specification, type and use of the flail.
