建立权力制约和监督机制是法治中国建设的关键

【摘要】：正人类社会自形成以来一直致力于探寻最好的社会治理模式。经历古今中外无数仁人志士孜孜不倦的努力,世界各国的历史和经验都充分证明:法治是当今人类社会公认的最佳治理模式,它反映了人类社会治理的普遍规律,是中国顺利推动改革和实现中国梦的可靠制度保障。在十八大提出的"法治是治国理政的基本方式"和"全面推进依法治国"的战略部署基础上,十八届三中全会进一步把这一战略部署提炼为"推进法治中国建设"的战略任务;并在这一整体战略规划下,提出了当前推进法治中国建设的具体任务和突破
[Abstract]:Since the formation of human society has been committed to explore the best model of social governance. Through the tireless efforts of countless people with lofty ideals all over the world, the history and experience of all countries in the world have fully proved that the rule of law is the best governance model recognized by human society today, and it reflects the universal law of human social governance. It is China's smooth promotion of reform and the realization of Chinese Dream's reliable institutional guarantee. On the basis of the "rule of law is the basic way of governing the country" and the strategic plan of "comprehensively promoting the rule of law", the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee further refined this strategic deployment as the strategic task of "promoting the construction of China under the rule of law". Under this overall strategic plan, the specific task and breakthrough of promoting the construction of China under the rule of law are put forward.
