韩国统一方案的法律分析

【摘要】：韩国统一方案历经多次变化,最终确定为"民族共同体统一方案"。根据韩国相关法律规定,从国家三要素、和平统一、统一主体、南北评议会组成以及民主选举等方面对该统一方案进行分析,其结果就是韩国对朝鲜进行吸收统一,朝鲜国家消失,中朝边界问题将会成为隐患。
[Abstract]:South Korea's unification plan has undergone many changes, and is finally determined as the "National Community Unity Program." According to the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, the reunification plan is analyzed from the aspects of the three elements of the country, peaceful reunification, the main body of reunification, the composition of the North-South Council, and democratic elections, and the result is that the Republic of Korea will absorb and reunify the DPRK. With the disappearance of the North Korean state, the border issue between China and North Korea will become a hidden danger.
