循证社区矫正中最佳证据研究

【摘要】：最佳证据是循证社区矫正中的核心问题,它来源于高质量的研究证据,是适合矫正对象的最好证据。尤其是在社区矫正工作面临着高度复杂性挑战的背景下,以"最佳证据"为核心的循证社区矫正与传统"经验型"社区矫正相比,显现出巨大的优势。循证模式下筛选及应用最佳证据,首先要做好前期准备工作,建立矫正证据分类分级体系和循证数据库,其次明确矫正对象的犯因性问题和优势,并据此在数据库内检索高质量的研究证据,最后矫正工作者运用最佳证据设计适合矫正对象的社区矫正方案。
[Abstract]:The best evidence is the core problem in evidence-based community correction. It comes from high quality research evidence and is the best evidence suitable for correction. Especially under the background that community correction is facing a high complexity challenge, the evidence-based community correction with "best evidence" as the core shows great advantages compared with the traditional "experiential" community correction. In order to screen and apply the best evidence in the evidence-based mode, we should first do the preparatory work well, set up the classification and classification system of corrective evidence and the database of evidence based on evidence, and then make clear the problem and advantage of the crime cause of the corrected object. According to this, high quality research evidence is searched in the database. Finally, correctional workers use the best evidence to design a community correction scheme suitable for the object of correction.
