警察院校实验教师队伍建设探讨

【摘要】：随着警察教育模式改革的不断深入,实验教学在警察院校教学、科研工作中所发挥的作用日益重要,但实验教师队伍建设中尚存在一些问题。现通过对警察院校实验教师队伍建设存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出了加快警察院校实验教师队伍发展的措施:树立实验教学新理念,建立新的实验教学体系;健全实验教师管理体制,创新各项管理制度;明确实验教师的从业资格标准,引进高层次专业人才,加强专业培训和交流学习;提高实验教师队伍的综合素质;实行实验教师岗位聘任,健全考核激励机制;创建和谐的实验室文化,稳定实验教师队伍。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of police education mode, experimental teaching plays an increasingly important role in the teaching and scientific research of police colleges and universities, but there are still some problems in the construction of experimental teachers. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the construction of experimental teachers in police colleges, this paper puts forward some measures to speed up the development of experimental teachers in police colleges: establishing a new concept of experimental teaching and establishing a new experimental teaching system; Perfecting the management system of experimental teachers, innovating various management systems, clarifying the qualification standard of experimental teachers, introducing high-level professional talents, strengthening professional training and exchange study, improving the comprehensive quality of experimental teachers; The experiment teachers should be employed in the post, the examination and incentive mechanism should be perfected, and a harmonious laboratory culture should be established to stabilize the experimental teachers.
