春秋早期楚国法制建设探析

【摘要】：春秋早期,楚国三代国君武王、文王、成王都非常重视法治问题,在他们的大力倡导和身体力行下,楚国的法制建设取得了巨大成就,其立法、司法以及法治理念等诸多层面均走在了时代前列,为楚国在春秋时期的崛起和发展提供了精神动力和制度保证。
[Abstract]:In the early Spring and Autumn period, King Wu, King Wen and King Cheng of the three dynasties of Chu all attached great importance to the issue of the rule of law. Under their vigorous advocacy and practice, the legal system of the State of Chu made great achievements and its legislation was enacted. Justice and the concept of the rule of law are in the forefront of the times, which provides the spiritual impetus and system guarantee for the rise and development of Chu in the Spring and Autumn period.
