欧盟危险化学品进出口管理法规概述及其借鉴意义

【摘要】：通过研究欧盟《危险化学品进出口管理法规》及其他相关法律法规,并将其与我国有毒化学品进出口环境管理法规进行比较分析,发现我国有毒化学品进出口环境管理目前在法律地位、筛选能力、豁免限量、跨部门协调机制等方面还存在问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:By studying the EU regulations on the Import and Export of Hazardous Chemicals and other relevant laws and regulations, and comparing them with the environmental regulations governing the import and export of toxic chemicals in China, It is found that there are still some problems in the environmental management of the import and export of toxic chemicals in our country in the aspects of legal status, screening ability, exemption limit, inter-departmental coordination mechanism and so on, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
