概念隐喻的运作机制在法律语言中的使用效力

【摘要】：正概念隐喻的认知运作机制作为人类的一种基本认知模式,概念隐喻就是把人们熟悉的、具体的概念范畴(源域source domain)框架(该概念域所蕴涵的推理模式inference pattern)映射(mapping)到抽象的概念范畴(目标域target domain)上。下面以"LOVE IS A JOURNEY(爱情是旅程)"隐喻为例来说明这一对应映射过程。
[Abstract]:As a basic cognitive model of human beings, the cognitive mechanism of positive conceptual metaphor is familiar to people. The specific conceptual category (source domain) (the inference pattern mapping contained in the concept domain) is mapped to the abstract concept domain (target domain). The following is illustrated by the metaphor LOVE IS A JOURNEY( Love is a Journey.
