【摘要】：在中国漫长的封建社会中,唐宋时期最为繁荣,法制也最为健全,其中女子的继承权也得到了体现,并对今后女子地位的提高以及权益的保护起到了不可忽略的作用。
[Abstract]:In the long feudal society of China, the Tang and Song dynasties were the most prosperous and the legal system was the most perfect, in which the inheritance rights of women were also reflected, and played an important role in the improvement of women's status and the protection of their rights and interests in the future.
