担保公司高息签订借款合同吸收资金如何处理

【摘要】：近年来,民间借贷与非法集资犯罪交织案件在实践中时有发生。这类案件涉及集资案件罪与非罪、此罪与彼罪等问题,需要从法律层面进一步梳理。同时,也涉及政府监管和金融政策等诸多领域。近日,人民检察杂志社与河南省郑州市金水区人民检察院遴选典型案件,邀请有关专家对非法集资类案中的法律适用问题深入剖析,以期对正确认识和处理民间借贷与非法集资犯罪案件有所裨益。
