董事责任保险的附加承保范围——雇佣责任保险研究

【摘要】：在美国,随着《联邦民权法案》、《雇佣年龄歧视法案》以及《美国残疾人法案》的修改完善,公司董事遭受雇员诉讼的风险进一步增大。许多保险公司抓住这一商机,在董事责任保险中附加了雇佣责任保险,还有一些保险公司则推出了独立的雇佣责任保险(EPLI)单独进行销售。虽然目前我国尚无保险公司销售雇佣责任保险,但是美国的雇佣责任立法和雇佣责任保险的发展历程,却值得我们学习和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the United States, as the Federal Civil Rights Act, the Employment Age Discrimination Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act are amended, the risk of company directors being subject to employee litigation increases further. Many insurance companies take advantage of this opportunity, adding employment liability insurance to directors' liability insurance, while others offer separate EPLI for sale. Although there are no insurance companies in China to sell employment liability insurance, the legislation of employment liability and the development of employment liability insurance in the United States are worthy of our study and reference.
