一起兽药违法案件引发的思考

【摘要】：正2011年,江苏省某村发生了一起使用假兽药致病猪死亡的案例。笔者对案情进行了了解,对违法案件折射出来的兽药行业相关问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了自己的思考,以供借鉴。1案件江苏省某村养猪户吉某,家中共养生猪104头,2头生猪出现发热症状,擅自决定自己给病猪打针用药。第2天生猪病情未见好转,遂请该镇兽医站副站
[Abstract]:In 2011, a village in Jiangsu province died of pig disease caused by false veterinary drugs. The author understood the case, analyzed and discussed the related problems of veterinary medicine industry reflected from the illegal cases, and put forward his own thinking, in order to draw lessons from the case of a village pig farmer Jiemou in Jiangsu Province. A total of 104 healthy pigs in the family developed fever symptoms and decided to give their own injections. On the second day, the pig's condition did not improve, so I asked the veterinary station of the town to stand at the secondary station.
