日本殖民统治时期台湾地区新闻法制的历史考察

【摘要】：从1895年至1945年,日本殖民统治台湾半个世纪。为了巩固在台湾的殖民统治,从思想上控制台湾人民,日本帝国主义建立了一套严苛的新闻法律制度,经历了以言论统制为中心(1895～1919)的初期、以宣传安抚为重点(1919～1937)的中期和以新闻统合为主体(1937～1945)的后期三个阶段。这些法律法规的颁布,客观上推动了台湾地区新闻法制的近代化进程,但本质上都是殖民统治的产物。
