【摘要】：本文在分析“中国合同法”的指导原则之一-诚信原则。它定义了它的范围,追踪它的起源和精确定位的主要思想,这个原则是如何伴随着中国哲学,中国的法律传统和社会主义的基本特征。 此论文讨论诚信原则在中国法庭里的运用和跟美国法庭的对比。
