职业化时代性视野下的检察职业道德检视与发展

【摘要】：在以公正为核心的司法制度日臻完善的同时,司法人员的职业道德建设也逐渐提上重要位置。职业化和时代性是检察职业道德形成的两大要素。当前我国检察职业道德内涵的职业特征不明显,时代性不充分。检察官是国家和公共利益的维护者,是法律秩序的守护人,是追求客观公正的司法者。应当从检察职业特征出发,重新解读"忠诚、公正、清廉、文明"八字箴言的基本内涵。根据经济社会发展的现实需求,理性应当成为检察职业道德的组成部分。
[Abstract]:With the justice as the core of the judicial system, the construction of judicial professional ethics has gradually been put into an important position.Professionalization and times are the two major elements of the formation of procuratorial professional ethics.At present, the professional characteristics of the connotation of procuratorial professional ethics in our country are not obvious, and the times are not sufficient.The prosecutor is the defender of the state and public interest, the guardian of the legal order and the judicial person who pursues the objective justice.Starting from the characteristics of procuratorial profession, we should reinterpret the basic connotation of "loyalty, justice, honesty and civilization".According to the realistic demand of economic and social development, rationality should become the component of procuratorial professional ethics.
