基层检察人员业绩评价机制探索

【摘要】:构建科学的基层检察官、检察辅助人员业绩评价机制,应遵循依法构建、客观、公正原则,对检察官、检察辅助人员的业绩实行分类、量化、连贯评价,强化检察官、考评委员会在评价主体中的地位,评价程序应体现公开和参与,注重评价结果的运用。按照指标属性,评价指标可分为行为性指标和结果性指标两类。行为性指标依托其业务条线、岗位和职责内容进行设置,由评价主体根据自身认识予以评分;结果性指标参照各省、市检察院对基层检察院的合理考核指标设置。
[Abstract]:To construct a scientific mechanism for evaluating the performance of procuratorial assistants and procuratorial assistants, we should follow the principles of law, objectivity and impartiality, classify, quantify, evaluate consistently and strengthen the performance of procurators and procuratorial auxiliary personnel.The evaluation procedure should reflect openness and participation and pay attention to the application of evaluation results.According to the attribute of index, the evaluation index can be divided into two categories: behavioral index and result index.Behavioral indicators rely on its line of business, posts and responsibilities to set up by the evaluation subject according to their own knowledge to score; results of the indicators of the provincial and municipal procuratorates of the grass-roots procuratorate reasonable assessment indicators set.
