【摘要】：正党的十八届三中全会做出了一系列重要决定,其中包括司法改革的一些内容,提出要确保人民法院、人民检察院依法独立行使审判权、检察权,改革现有司法管理体制,推动省以下地方法院、检察院人财物统一管理,探索和建立与行政区划相分离的司法体制,保证国家法律政策统一正确实施。
