【摘要】：正检察官权力清单是指检察机关以目录清单形式,在内部不同层级办案主体之间划分配置办案职权,以明确检察长、检委会、检察官等各类办案主体的职权界限,突出检察官办案主体地位。制定和落实检察官权力清单是检察机关推进司法责任制改革的重要举措,也是明确检察官职权并确定司法责任的基础和根据。一、上海检察官权力清单制度的实施特点及其成效
