【摘要】：伴随司法改革的全面推进，法官职业化的程度也日趋加深，对法官队伍也提出了更高的要求。实现法官队伍的职业化，对于加快构建现代法治国家、实现依法治国的目标至关重要。本文从法律职业特征的角度出发，重新界定了法官职业化的含义，并结合近十年法官职业化取得的成果以及现阶段遇到的问题，详述了法官职业化的重要意义，并且对如何提高法官职业素质、实现司法独立等一系列问题进行了思考。与此同时，法官职业化建设的过程也是法治文明得以宣传的过程，所以说通过对法官职业化问题的研究，，可以引发越来越多的社会公众对这一问题的关注，从而动员社会各界都参与到法治国家的建设中来，推进社会主义司法文明建设，奏响社会主义法治建设的又一新篇章。
[Abstract]:With the development of judicial reform, the professionalization of judges is becoming more and more serious. To realize the professionalization of judges is very important for speeding up the construction of a modern country ruled by law and realizing the goal of governing the country according to law. This paper redefines the meaning of the professionalization of judges from the angle of the characteristics of the legal profession, and with the achievements of the professionalization of judges in the past ten years and the problems encountered at the present stage, details the significance of the professionalization of judges. And how to improve the professional quality of judges, to achieve judicial independence and a series of issues. At the same time, the process of building the professionalization of judges is also the process of propagating the civilization of rule of law. Therefore, through the study of the professionalization of judges, more and more people can pay attention to this issue. In order to mobilize all sectors of society to participate in the construction of a country ruled by law, to promote the construction of socialist judicial civilization, and to play a new chapter in the construction of socialist rule of law.
