互联网:人民法院工作面临的机遇和挑战

【摘要】：互联网的兴起对人民法院的自身管理、审判执行工作都带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。面对势不可挡的互联网,我们必须高度重视、妥善应对,积极运用好互联网改进人民法院自身工作,并进一步履行好国家审判职能。
[Abstract]:The rise of the Internet has brought great opportunities and challenges to the people's court and the execution of the trial. In the face of the irresistible Internet, we must attach great importance to it, properly deal with it, and actively use the Internet to improve the work of the people's courts themselves, and further perform the functions of national trials.
