[Abstract]:In addition to educational management and other means, procuratorial organs should attach great importance to and strive to explore the positive role of internal factors, such as personal character cultivation, in strengthening the construction of style of work. Only when internalized and externalized in practice can we realize the judicial idea of "three unification" of political, legal and social effects in procuratorial practice. First, we should attach importance to cultural edification. The term "culture" here refers to Chinese excellent traditional culture. A number of officials who have recently been criticized for their downfall in the media think that they are not weak in ability, "cultural" or "well-behaved", but that they do not understand the rules.
