刑事诉讼法修改与检察实务研讨会综述

【摘要】：正2012年7月24日,由重庆市人民检察院主办的刑事诉讼法修改与检察实务研讨会在重庆召开。来自重庆市检察机关、四川大学、西南政法大学等单位的检察官及专家学者100余人出席研讨会。在总结理论研究成果的基础上,与会专家学者结合重庆的实践经验,就检察机关如何贯彻落实修改后的刑事诉讼法的实务问题进行了探讨与交流。一、转变和更新执法理念理念是行动的指南,是指导实践的思想基础。贯
[Abstract]:On July 24, 2012, a seminar on the revision of criminal procedure law and procuratorial practice was held in Chongqing, sponsored by the Chongqing people's Procuratorate. More than 100 procurators and experts from procuratorial organs of Chongqing, Sichuan University and Southwest University of political Science and Law attended the seminar. On the basis of summing up the theoretical research results, the experts and scholars attending the meeting discussed and exchanged the practical problems of how to carry out the revised Criminal procedure Law by procuratorial organs in combination with the practical experience of Chongqing.
