我国检察体制改革面临的问题与对策——以刑事诉讼为视角

【摘要】：在建设法治国家和推进政治文明的进程中,作为我国政治体制的有机组成部分和刑事诉讼程序的重要参与者的人民检察院的体制改革势在必行。当前检察制度中与宪政体制、诉讼构造以及国际刑事准则不相适应的矛盾和问题仍然比较突出。应在宪政理念的指导下进一步完善我国的检察制度。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a country ruled by law and promoting political civilization, it is imperative to reform the system of the people's Procuratorate as an organic part of our political system and an important participant in the criminal procedure. In the current procuratorial system, contradictions and problems which are not compatible with constitutional system, litigation structure and international criminal norms are still prominent. The procuratorial system of our country should be further perfected under the guidance of the idea of constitutionalism.
