第二十次全国法院工作会议在京召开

【摘要】：正[本刊讯]第20次全国法院工作会议于2012年12月26日—27日在北京召开。会议强调全国各级人民法院要努力维护公平正义,维护人民权益,维护社会稳定,为全面建成小康社会提供坚强有力的司法保障。中共中央政治局委员、国务委员、中央政法委书记孟建柱,最高人民法院党组书记、院长王胜俊出席会议并讲话,最高人民法院党组副书记、常务副院长沈德咏主持会议。孟建柱强调,要深入学习贯彻党的十八大精神,把维护社会公平正义作为人民法院工作的生命线,下决心解决人民群众反映的司法问题,建设一支高素质的法官队伍,努力实现司法清明、法院清廉,为全面建成小康社会提供坚强有力的司法保障和服务。
[Abstract]:The 20 th National Court working Conference was held in Beijing on December 26-27, 2012. The meeting stressed that people's courts at all levels throughout the country should strive to safeguard fairness and justice, safeguard the rights and interests of the people, safeguard social stability, and provide a strong and powerful judicial guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Meng Jianzhu, member of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, state councilor, and secretary of the CPC Central Committee's political and legal Commission; Party member of the Supreme people's Court; and Premier Wang Shengjun, attended and delivered a speech at the meeting. Meng Jianzhu stressed: we should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, regard safeguarding social fairness and justice as the lifeline of the work of the people's courts, resolve to solve the judicial problems reflected by the masses of the people, and build a contingent of high-quality judges. Strive to achieve judicial clarity, clean courts, to build a well-off society to provide strong and effective judicial protection and services.
