公正司法,促进社会公平正义

【摘要】：正习近平总书记在最近召开的中央政法工作会议上所作的讲话,内容丰富深刻,对政法工作有长期指导意义。笔者仅就他讲话中指出的"促进社会公平正义是政法工作的核心价值追求"这一问题略谈一点个人体会。社会公平正义是指社会上的每个成员在权利和义务的分配上处于平等、正当、合理的状态。它是人类社会永远追求的基本价值目标,从中国古代儒家描绘的天下为公的大同世界到古希腊哲学家柏拉图描绘的正义之邦的理想国,都是他们憧憬的公平正义社会。社会主义是通向消灭剥削、消灭阶级、各尽其能、各取所需的共产主义理想社会的长期过渡社会,公平正义更应是社会主义社会努
[Abstract]:The speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the recent political and legal work Conference of the Central Committee is rich and profound and has long-term guiding significance for political and legal work. The author only points out that "promoting social fairness and justice is the core value pursuit of political and legal work" which he pointed out in his speech. Social justice means that every member of society is equal, just and reasonable in the distribution of rights and duties. It is the basic value goal that the human society always pursues, from the world depicted by the ancient Chinese Confucianism is the common world, and the ideal country of the just country described by Plato, the ancient Greek philosopher, is the fair and just society they longed for. Socialism is a long-term transitional society that leads to the elimination of exploitation, the elimination of class, each doing its best to take the desired communist ideal society, and even more fair and just should be the socialist society.
