盘锦监狱和谐文化建设研究

【摘要】:监狱是惩罚服刑人员的执行机构,也是和谐社会的重要组成部分。监狱文化作为文化在监狱这个特殊领域的延伸,是监狱和谐发展的内在动力。监狱的和谐文化建设是一种管理制度和思想观念的整合,是在对服刑人员进行教育改造的过程中营造的一种和谐的文化氛围和精神环境,从而推动监狱的和谐、稳定、可持续发展。 本文以盘锦监狱为对象,深入研究监狱和谐文化建设过程中的相关问题。文章首先深刻分析了监狱和谐文化建设的研究背景、研究意义和国内外研究现状;其次对监狱、文化、和谐文化、监狱文化等相关的理论知识进行综述;然后对盘锦监狱和谐文化建设现状进行分析,包括盘锦监狱的简单概述、盘锦监狱和谐文化的产生与发展、盘锦监狱和谐文化建设的做法和经验、盘锦监狱和谐文化建设中存在的问题及原因分析等,重点对盘锦监狱在和谐文化建设工作开展过程中存在的服刑人员管理时忽视罪犯的主观能动性、监狱干警职业能力不强和作风素质不高、监狱环境设施覆盖面不广和过分形式主义、监狱制度保障机制不够完善、监狱领导管理知识缺乏等五方面问题进行深度剖析,并找出其中的原因;最后提出了加强监狱和谐文化建设的对策,分别从服刑人员管理、监狱干警、环境设施、管理体制、监狱领导等方面提出措施,来促进监狱的和谐文化建设。
[Abstract]:Prison is an executive body to punish prisoners and an important part of a harmonious society. Prison culture, as an extension of culture in the special field of prison, is the internal motive force of harmonious development of prison. The construction of harmonious culture of prison is the integration of management system and ideology. It is a kind of harmonious cultural atmosphere and spiritual environment created in the process of educational transformation of prisoners, thus promoting the harmony and stability of prison. Sustainable development. This article takes Panjin prison as the object, deeply studies the related problems in the process of prison harmonious culture construction. Firstly, the paper deeply analyzes the research background, significance and domestic and foreign research status of the construction of prison harmonious culture, and then summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of prison, culture, harmonious culture, prison culture and so on. Then it analyzes the current situation of the construction of the harmonious culture of Panjin prison, including a brief overview of Panjin prison, the emergence and development of the harmonious culture of Panjin prison, and the practice and experience of the construction of the harmonious culture of Panjin prison. The problems existing in the construction of harmonious culture in Panjin prison and its causes are analyzed. The emphasis is placed on ignoring the subjective initiative of criminals in the management of prisoners in the process of constructing harmonious culture in Panjin prison. The professional ability and quality of prison officers are not strong, the coverage of prison environment and facilities is not wide and excessive formalism, the guarantee mechanism of prison system is not perfect enough, and the lack of knowledge of prison leadership and management is analyzed in depth. And find out the reasons; Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of prison harmonious culture, from the aspects of prison personnel management, prison police, environmental facilities, management system, prison leadership and so on, to promote the construction of harmonious culture of prison.
