社会管理创新视角下反贪工作职能探究

【摘要】：反贪工作参与社会管理创新的途径可通过以下三方面完成:发挥执法办案职能,成为社会管理创新的参与者;发挥预防职务犯罪职能,成为"社会管理创新"的保障者;服务大局、保障发展的社会职能,成为"社会管理创新"的促进者。反贪部门应适应社会管理创新要求,在健全工作机制的同时还须加强人才队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The way of anti-corruption work to participate in the innovation of social management can be accomplished through the following three aspects: to play the function of law enforcement and to become the participant of the social management innovation; to play the role of prevention of the job-related crime, to become the guarantor of the "social management innovation"; to serve the overall situation of the service and to guarantee the social function of development; Become the promoter of the "social management innovation". The anti-corruption department should adapt to the requirements of social management and innovation, and must strengthen the construction of the talent team while improving the working mechanism.
