公正司法从基层法院做起

【摘要】：正全面推进依法治国,基础在基层,工作重点在基层。基层人民法院作为法院系统的前沿阵地,是维护社会公平正义的重要防线。我们要认真贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会提出的各项任务,为全面推进依法治国贡献力量。以阳光司法为导向,积极推进司法公开。我们顺应全面推进依法治国的新形势,积极打造裁判文书公开、审判流程公开、执行信息公开三大平台,推进阳光司法,努力满足群众知情权。裁判文书坚持公开为常态、不公开为例外原则,除不适宜公开案件依法不予公布外,生效裁
[Abstract]:We are pushing forward the rule of law in an all-round way. As the front position of court system, grass-roots people's court is an important defense line to safeguard social fairness and justice. We must conscientiously implement the tasks set out in the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and contribute to the overall promotion of the rule of law. Take the sunshine judicature as the guidance, proactively promotes the judicial open. In keeping with the new situation of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, we have actively created three platforms, namely, open adjudication documents, open trial procedures, and open information, promote sunshine justice, and strive to satisfy the masses' right to know. Judicial documents adhere to the principle of openness as the norm and non-disclosure as the exception, except that it is not suitable for public cases not to be published in accordance with the law, and effective adjudication
