【摘要】：正围绕政法经费保障体制改革情况,先后深入廊坊市及环首都部分县区开展了实地调研。通过一系列深入基层、深入一线调研走访、座谈交流,掌握了大量第一手材料,为下一步开展工作、制定政策提供了参考。一、河北省政法经费保障体制改革进展情况河北省从2009年开始全面实施政法经费保障体制改革。改革实施三年来,中央共补助河北省政法转移支付资金45.63亿元,省级配套33.53亿元。通过集中投入和建设,全省政法机关特别是县级政法机关办案业务
