【摘要】：经济全球化背景下国际投资规则呈现自由化、多边化的发展态势。中国在吸引外资的激烈竞争中,面临发达国家推行自由化国际投资规则和维护我国外资管辖权的问题。我国外资法作出了逐步开放的调整,未来我国外资法的走向应该在公司法的体系内重新建构,并应把握住控制核心外资管辖权的原则。
[Abstract]:International investment rules under the background of economic globalization presents the development trend of multilateral liberalization. Chinese in the fierce competition of attracting foreign investment, facing the liberalization of international investment rules in developed countries and the jurisdiction of foreign investment. Our foreign investment law has made the gradual opening of the adjustment, the future direction of our foreign investment law should be in the re construction of the system of company law, and should grasp the core of foreign jurisdiction principle.
