【摘要】：正随着我国股份制改革试点及进程的加快,企业内部职工股发展日趋迅速,并已成为当前理论界和实际部门舆论的一大热点。我国企业内部职工股的发展现状与趋势如何?问题及症结何在?有无可行的因应对策以确保企业内部职工持股走出误区并健康发展?本文拟就上述问题作简略探讨。一、我国企业内部职工股的发展现状企业内部职工股是指定向募集股份有限公司的职工作为投资者持有的本企业(公司)发行的股票。其规范叫法应称“职工个人股”,即股份企业职工所持本企业的股份。在股份经济发展规范化的西方国家,企业内部职工持股是一种并不鲜见的现象。《欧洲十四国公司法》将企业内部职工持股定义为“雇员股”,各国对雇员虽未在法律上加以明确限定,但
