我国对董事责任保险的现实需求分析

【摘要】：目前,中国董事责任保险市场的发展陷入了一个暂时的"低谷期",虽然市场对董事责任保险的反响比较强烈,但真正的投保者却寥寥可数。事实上,随着独立董事制度在中国《公司法》中的明确规定,中国董事民事赔偿责任体系的进一步完善,中国企业海外上市风险的不断增加以及为了满足保护广大中小股东合法权益的需要,董事责任保险的重要性将会更加明显地体现出来,中国的董事责任保险市场也将会迎来一个更好的发展机遇。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of China's director liability insurance market has fallen into a temporary "trough". Although the market has a strong response to directors' liability insurance, there are very few real insurers. As a matter of fact, with the explicit provisions of the independent director system in the Company Law of China, the civil liability system of directors in China has been further improved. With the increasing risks of overseas listing of Chinese enterprises and the need to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of minority shareholders, the importance of directors' liability insurance will be more evident. China's director liability insurance market will also usher in a better development opportunities.
