【摘要】：正在纷纭复杂的中国企业制度涉及的法律问题中,企业集团似乎是一个被立法遗忘的角落。尽管中国组建企业集团的历史可以回溯到上世纪的50年代,目前已经成立的企业集团也不计其数,各种企业形态的立法,从原来的全民所有制企业法、集体企业法,到后来的公司法、独资企业法、合伙企业法,也形成了基本完整的体系,但迄今却没有一套针对企业集团的法律规范。1998年国家工商行政管理局制定的企业集团登记管理暂行规定虽然对企业集团的
[Abstract]:In the legal problems involved in the complex Chinese enterprise system , the enterprise group appears to be a corner that has been forgotten by the legislation . Although the history of the establishment of an enterprise group in China can be traced back to the 1950s , the enterprise group which has been established has also formed a basically complete system from the original ownership enterprise law , the collective enterprise law , to the later company law , the sole - capital enterprise law , the partnership enterprise law and the later company law , the sole - capital enterprise law , the partnership enterprise law and the later company law , the sole - capital enterprise law and the partnership enterprise law .
