【摘要】：现代环境问题是伴随着工业化与现代化进程产生的,由于早期公司立法上强烈的个人本位主义使人们在对公司的认识上一直停留在把公司看成仅仅是股东共同出资共同受益的组织体,追求股东利益最大化也就成了公司的惟一目的。 在19世纪末和20世纪初,随着企业的力量不断壮大,以及工业发展对社会负面影响的日益暴露,社会对企业的关注上升到新的高度。美国是研究公司社会责任最早的国家,公司社会责任作为一个概念最早是谢尔顿(Oliver Sheldon)于1924年提出的,人们开始探讨企业在追求自身经济利益最大化以外,还要承担带有一定公共性的社会责任。 20世纪30年代以来,由于环境公害频繁发生,环境保护运动开始在全球范围内兴起,社会开始更多地关注公司的环境保护责任,国际社会迫切需要共同采取一些行动来解决这些问题。 联合国于1972年在瑞典斯德哥尔摩召开人类环境会议发表了《人类环境宣言》,提出了人类在开发利用自然的同时,也要承担维护自然的责任和义务。 1987年,联合国世界环境与发展委员会发表了《我们共同的未来》明确给出可持续发展的定义。1992年,联合国在巴西召开了联合国环境与发展会议发表了《关于环境与发展的里约热内卢宣言》,《21世纪议程》。1999年1月,在瑞士达沃斯世界经济论坛上,联合国秘书长安南提出了“全球协议”并于2000年7月在联合国总部正式启动,该协议号召公司遵守的社会责任中就包含了环境保护的要求。2001年12月12日社会责任国际发表了SA8000标准第一个修订版,在该标准中涉及到了公司的环境保护责任。公司环境责任引起国际社会的高度关注。 公司作为经济活动的主要参与主体,也开始将环境保护、环境管理纳入企业
[Abstract]:The problem of modern environment is accompanied by the process of industrialization and modernization. Because of the strong personal departmentalism in the early company legislation, people have been staying in the company as an organization that only shares the common benefit of the shareholders, and the pursuit of the maximization of the shares has become the only purpose of the company.
At the end of the nineteenth Century and early twentieth Century, with the growing strength of enterprises and the increasing exposure of industrial development to social negative effects, the attention of the society to the enterprise was rising to a new height. The United States was the first country to study corporate social responsibility, and the corporate social responsibility as a concept was first proposed by Sheldon (Oliver Sheldon) in 1924. People began to explore that enterprises should undertake social responsibilities with a certain public character in pursuit of maximizing their own economic interests.
Since the 1930s, because of the frequent environmental hazards, the environmental protection movement began to rise around the world, and the society began to pay more attention to the responsibility of the environmental protection of the company. The international community urgently needs to take some action to solve these problems.
The United Nations Conference on human environment, held in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1972, published the declaration of the human environment, which suggested that human beings should undertake the responsibility and obligation to maintain nature while developing and utilizing nature.
In 1987, the United Nations World Environment and Development Commission published the definition of "our common future" for the definition of sustainable development in.1992, the United Nations Conference on environment and development in Brazil was held in Brazil, the Rio De Janeiro Declaration on environment and development, and the world economy in Davos, Switzerland, in January, agenda >.1999, January. At the forum, the United Nations Secretary, south of Changan, proposed a "global agreement" and was officially launched at United Nations Headquarters in July 2000. The agreement called on the company's social responsibility to comply with the requirements of environmental protection. The first revised version of the SA8000 standard was published in the December 12th social responsibility of.2001. The company was involved in the standard.
