公司法新修正案与商业银行之应对

【摘要】：正2013年12月28日,第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议审议通过了《关于修改〈中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法〉等七部法律的决定》,《公司法》亦在其中,且为第三次被修订。最新修订的《公司法》(下称"公司法新修正案")自2014年3月1日起实施,将对商业银行信贷经营活动产生直接或间接的影响,商业银行应予以关注并加以应对。
[Abstract]:On 28 December 2013, the sixth meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress deliberated and adopted the decision on the revision of seven laws, including the Marine Environment Protection Law of the people's Republic of China, in which the Company Law was also included, And is revised for the third time. The newly revised Company Law (hereinafter referred to as the "New Amendment of Company Law"), which comes into effect on March 1, 2014, will have a direct or indirect impact on the credit management activities of commercial banks, and commercial banks should pay attention to it and deal with it.
