公司法与公司章程在公司治理中的协调

【摘要】：近些年来,我国的经济发展迎来了繁荣时期,在此大环境中,企业的数量有了明显的增加,而规模业逐渐地扩大。企业在发展中需要开展治理工作,企业的治理结构是非常重要的,对于企业的发展有着极大的影响,而企业结构又是在公司法和公司章程两者共同努力下构建起来的,因此,促使公司法和公司章程的协调发展是非常有必要的。
