[Abstract]:The basic principle of a company merger and company merger refers to the legal act in which two or more companies merge into one company in accordance with the provisions of the law and the contract. With regard to the way in which the parties to the merger form another company in accordance with the law, most of the company laws of various countries stipulate that any kind of merger and new merger may be adopted. The so-called absorption merger, also known as survival merger, refers to a company absorbing one.
